This crochet Fel Island pullover designed by Komazaki Fuyo is a white base with deep brown and pink patterns. The fluffy trim adds a retro Nordic touch. Weaving Yuko: Start with 128 stitches in white thread to form a loop. Refer to the illustration and follow (on page 63) to do the embroidery weaving (color-changing weaving). While distributing the stitches, weave 17 rows.
Weaving the front and back of the body: Connect the thread at the designated position to weave the widened part for 16 stitches. Fix it at the designated position. Pick 200 stitches from the Yuko and the widened part, and weave 23 rows continuously without adding or subtracting loops. Weave 5 rows with embroidery weaving. Then, weave 6 rows with patterns. (Refer to page 33 "Weaving from Yuko")
Weaving the sleeves: Pick 92 stitches from the left and right Yuko and the widened part in a loop. Weave 32 rows while reducing the stitches. Then, change the thread and weave 5 rows with patterns.
Weaving the collar edge: Pick the stitches from the starting side of the Yuko and weave 5 rows with patterns.
